Over the past four years we have carried out various jobs at this property but initially we were there to re-render the outside of the property. As the old render was removed we uncovered lots of the old timber lintels that had rotten out so these were replaced with new concrete ones before completing the rendering to the customer's design spec. Other jobs carried out were re-roofing a couple small roofs, finishing them in fibreglass and lead, and building a boxing around a large number of drainage pipes but ensuring it blended into the building.

Stage two consisted of a complete groundworks upgrade around the property. This consisted of new drains, levelling of the large lawn area, new patios and paths, conservatory and new tarmac driveway complete with electric gates.

We have also undertaken numerous jobs inside the property updating/refurbishing the bathrooms and ensuite, dressing room and drawing room.

Newest addition is the log cabin installed in the garden.
